      Hello everyone,

      I’m currently trying to build a playlist but I am receiving an error advising;

      ‘Not any SD Card Found, you need to connect a blank SD Card formatted in either Fat16 or Fat32’.

      I have connected an SD card to my PC. The SD Card is blank, formatted in FAT32 and I can access it directly from the PC, but the software does not appear to be able to see it.

      Any advice?

      Thanks,

      Rob

      Hi Rob
      Are you trying to build your play list manually ?
      I used the software to import all the files in one go from a single folder, & have not tried to do it manually.
      Doing it with the software is fairly easy even for me.
      My only gripe would be if you were wanting to have the A side & B side both of the same artist ie like on a record,it is a slow and tedious job moving them about once they have been imported into the software.

      Cheers
      Paul

      Hello Rob and sorry for the huge delay of my response,

      you’re certainly using Linux ,if so,it was a bug and it has been fixed concerning Linux and Macos with the last release ; indeed Linux and Macos manage SDcards a different way. Now the software detects the OS and search for the SDcard according to this information.
