Well, at least it’s available to the folks here who are not on the FB group.  Can you get them posted in the support section?

Klaatu, did you get the other one as well, it was the zipped one.  It has a little more detail in it.

Now that I went back and looked there is a stand alone SC1 manual in the support section.  I thought that the only differences between SC1s and 2s was the color scheme/coin size acceptance. So the issue you have would not be related to model – I may be wrong. Good luck

There is an SC manual in the combined Seeburg file in the Support section of this web site.

Hey Simong, disregard the option of bending the leaves so they stay in contact.  I’ve seen this done on pinball machines to get free play but had forgotten to consider that pinballs have a built in momentary switches in the next game/start play buttons.  I like Klaatu’s suggestion to use the coin return button to trigger the credit switch but I’m guessing that requires significant disassembly.

OK – so you have one of the older boxes with a leaf switch stack rather than the micro switch.  Personally I like to keep the coin system in place but if you want to avoid coins you could wire a momentary switch to the two tabs on the switch stack then whenever you push the button it provides a credit.  Or you could just bend the two switch leaves so that they are always in contact either way would likely require some disassembly.  I’ve attached a couple pics to show it better. By chance I have a similar unit disassembled.

Has something changed?  The French to English translation is not as smooth as it used to be.

May help to post a picture of which coin switch you have. There are a few different switches for the Pla-Mor for different models, from brass leaf contacts to micros.  But a simple momentary switch wired to each terminal of the current switch should do it.  Or jump those terminals.

Hey Simong, unfortunately I do not know of a way to do what you are looking for with the current emulators.  I have the Packard, Solotone, Dec and regular emulators and cannot think of a way to do this.  I would suggest using the option Scudie suggested and just loading the tracks you like on any particular album so you would be less likely to want to skip a track.  You will get less play time but only the songs you like.

OK, the .sel file should be M##.sel    no space.  My Wurlitzer 5220 200 play makes the correct 200 selections with M30.sel.

    Maybe try M30.sel or M10.sel

Since you have only had the emulator a week you should have the new and improved version.

Well, I’ll be interested in the resolution of this one as well.  I have a 3WA that I plan to use a V1.5 on but it’s still a little way down the lineup on the bench.

When did you receive your V1.5?  Pre or post issue resolution (some of the earlier ones were problematic)?

What do you mean by “naming of the M20.sel file”?  Changing the M(to 10 or some other #).sel?

I’m guessing you posted this a a few days ago and it is just now showing up, there have been problems with visibility on the forum.

Hey Klaatu, it has happened several times to me – seems like any post that contains a link or pic is sent to a moderator file for approval.  I was thinking it was a feature of the forum software to block spammers.

Yes, I messaged Gaëlle, posts with pictures or links have to be approved by the moderators now, she may be trying to change that back.

Song listing for the WRCD is on cards inserted into 50 swinging pages, each card can legibly show about 20-25 songs.  I guess when they were in use commercially ROWE would produce the inserts with album listings and sometimes cover art.

Sometimes the original blank inserts show up on Ebay, I guess you could type in the song lists.  I just developed my own pages in Windows Powerpoint and bought a 1″ x 1″ hole cutter from a craft store to punch out the hole for the page number to show on the swinging pages .  Of course you don’t have to limit each page to one album with the MP3 format.

Good looking wallbox, I hope you get it working.  It does not appear to be much different than the Seeburg DEC, maybe Fabien can adapt that emulator for this box.

OK so yours is basically the same with power and ground/common on the top two terminals.  On your strip common is the top terminal and power is the second.  I bought a Ring Doorbell transformer from Amazon to power mine, I think the French Amazon site has them as well.  Really any 24v AC transformer will work.

Also, I have a solid state ROWE – the CD WB.  Perhaps the connector strip in that is similar to yours.  The top terminal is labeled AC Power and the second terminal is AC Common.  It is a 24v transformer.

Right Scudie it is a Rowe – its a WR CD.  I posted a picture of the connector strip in the other thread but it has not been approved yet.   This is really my go to box when company is over, it has 1000 selectable songs on it.  It can play up to 10,000 but you could never get them all listed on the program cards.  It is the CDadapter emulator which is a little expensive but the box itself was only $180 delivered.

There is a WRD manual on the US Ebay site.  But like Scudie I don’t think there is a currently available adapter.  The CDadapter folks have an emulator for the E &F models but the solid state boxes can be expensive to emulate.  Powering it up should not be a problem though show us the pictures.
