Hallo I write from Italy… I want to buy adapter for Solotone and Melody Lane jukebox wallbox… Please I want to say how it works…. If the kit simulate all function of solotone …. It change music when I change selector on solotone……

Other question , where I can find repro plastic for my solotone, lock , and bracket for wall mounted…

Hi,Oldultras.
In original condition, Melody lane and solotone wallboxes are wired to a continuous records player (hideaway).
when you add coin (5cents) into the wallbox, the timer connect the audio output to the wallbox speaker equal of 2 full records (6 mn.)
after this time the timer open the audio switch and shut down speaker.
you can add 1 to 15 coins for 6, 12 18,…minutes.
our adapter selled on Ebay or on our website (melotone)
works like that:
we never use the integrated timer.
Just wire the coin chute switch or push button, and one of the two speaker output.
If you want stereo output, you must add an external speaker.
Use an SD card with mp3 files, add coin and it play the 2 first mp3 files,
add coin, the 2 others,…..
our adapter can be fully integrated into the wallbox if you change the speaker (too large) and remove the timer mecanism or placed out of the wallbox.

Note: solotone equiped with audio source selector are very hard to find (I have one).
our adapter can’t use the selector sorry……

Perfect , now is clear…. Only a question, there’s a way to put your adapter in free play mode ?? ( put coin and play until you stop )….

hi, you can find the plastic exactly like the original.

Yes I can do the equipment for you for 50 Euros shipping inclusive.
the wallbox can play automaticaly (random)
simply use our software for charging the SD card, and choose “30 seconds random”
at the end of the first play it plays a new one after 30 seconds.
or use push button on the adapter and push 10/20/30 times for 20/40/60….plays

we not found the original wiring diagram for the solotone wallbox
but our adapter never use the original mechanism .
we just need the coin switch, lamp holder, and the speaker.

Hello, sorry, but my friends do not want to sell its last plastic because he bought 10 in Canada years ago on Ebay, and the seller no longer has to sell.

As I have a model in perfect condition, I think I can do some faithful reproductions.
It will not be easy because I need to form the plastic
(must make a mold for thermo-forming) and print the drawing and inscriptions.

Our adapter bord is too large. we can’t place it into the wallbox.
otherwise, you must replace the speaker by a smaller model,
and remove the original timing mechanism.
in this case, we can integrate everything in the wallbox.
there will be just plug the power cable into an 230 volts outlet.

Wallbox2mp3 adaptor for solotone I think I’ll put it outside the unit for now, using his speaker …

I just think both restored the inside and redone the chrome … Afterwards, will be shipped to you.
