First wallbox2mp3 complete install. Installed completely inside wallbox unit.
Still waiting on a few parts connectors and switches to finish it off.
Wallbox is mounted to a $28 tv stand. Have to cut the bars and finish it but it was way cheaper than buying the wall plate. I only have one wall plate and it’s on reserve for project A.
This one I couldn’t get the volume control contacts clean. They were so bad they were pure black. Luckily the apu freed up and stop hanging after a liberal deoxit spraying. That’s after letting it sit dripping in oil for a week prior to working on her.
I think I will relabel the volume controls and use one as a cancel switch one as a power button and one for the led remote control (party button). We will see.
I am adding LED’s to this one too but it takes time to solder it up and install that I don’t have right now.
